Claramunt Negre

A young, lighter-bodied wine rich in ripe red fruit flavors. Garnatxa Negra (Red Grenache) is typically used as a blending grape. The Red Grenache grape from Terra Alta tends to have a heavier body in mouth, with particularly prominent fresh fruit notes. Six months of ageing in American oak gives this wine a subtle kick of creaminess and grassy notes, which compliments the grape’s smooth and silky body.
